Whatβs better to drink in the morning: water, tea, or coffee?
Quick take: start with water, then choose tea/coffee if you want π
- Water π§ (best first): after sleep youβre a bit dehydrated. One glass (250β400 ml) helps your body βboot up.β Warm or room tempβboth fine.
- Tea π΅: gentler than coffee and often easier on the stomach. Green/black are fine; herbal = caffeine-free.
- Coffee β: also totally okay if it suits you. Ideally after water and preferably after breakfast (or at least not on a completely empty stomach) to avoid stomach irritation and jitters.
Simple morning routine:
1) Water π§
2) Breakfast π₯£
3) Coffee/tea βπ΅
