Water

Why is water more important than it seems?

Because water is basically your body’s “maintenance crew” 😄 It helps move nutrients around, regulates body temperature, supports brain function and energy, digestion, and even your skin. When you’re low on water, you may feel tired, get headaches, feel “foggy,” or think you’re hungry when you’re actually just thirsty.

Quick signs you’re hydrated enough:

  • urine is light yellow
  • less dry mouth / fewer headaches
  • steadier energy through the day

How much should you drink? A simple guideline is 30–35 ml per kg of body weight per day, adjusted for heat and exercise. No need to chug—small amounts often works best.

How to use our app 📱:

  • log each glass/bottle in the water tracker so you don’t “forget”
  • set reminders every 1–2 hours
  • pro tip: create presets like “300 ml morning” and “200 ml before meals”—the app will nudge you and you just tap ✅

Tiny joke: if you’re lagging today, maybe you’re not lazy… you’re just a bit under-watered 😅
