So… do carbs actually stop you from losing weight?

Not really 🙂 Carbs don’t magically “block” fat loss. Weight loss mostly comes down to a calorie deficit (eating a bit less energy than you burn). Carbs just make it easy to overeat sometimes—cookies and pastries are sneaky like that 😄
