Water

How can I tell if I’m not drinking enough water?

Here are some easy signs your body is running low on water 💧

  • Dark yellow pee (and strong smell). Ideal is light straw-colored.
  • Dry mouth/lips, constant urge to sip.
  • Headaches or that “foggy brain” feeling.
  • Tiredness/sleepiness for no clear reason.
  • Dizziness, especially when standing up quickly.
  • Peeing less often (for many people, fewer than ~4 times/day is a hint).
  • Dry skin, sometimes cramps/tight muscles after activity.

Tiny truth: thirst is basically your body saying “you should’ve started earlier” 😅

How to use the app 📲 (if it tracks water):

  • Set a daily goal (a friendly starter is ~30 ml per kg of body weight/day).
  • Log each glass right after you drink it—accuracy goes way up.
  • Turn on reminders (every 2–3 hours) and link it to habits: coffee → water, lunch → water.

If you have vomiting/diarrhea, fever, very dark urine, or strong dizziness—don’t tough it out; consider contacting a clinician.
